Working closely with the Engineering team, you will help ensure building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, while delivering a consistently high level of customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence, responding to incidents, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site. **What your day‑to‑day will look like:** * Support daily M&E operations across critical building systems, including ACMV, UPS, BMS, CRAC, switchgear, fire protection, access control, and alarm systems * Conduct routine inspections, system data logging, equipment checks, and meter readings * Respond to system alarms, faults, and emergency situations, including participation in 24/7 emergency call‑out standby * Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors carrying out corrective and preventive maintenance works * Support project works, power shutdowns, and internal Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) activities * Attend to technical interior works and building defects involving furniture, walls, ceilings, doors, and fittings * Prepare daily shift reports, incident reports, and assist with basic root cause analysis **Required Qual
