What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Trade certification or licensure in maintenance, HVAC/R, electrical, or related field, Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations, Proven technical expertise in building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety, Availability for on-call emergency response and flexible scheduling, Knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and safety training requirements, Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint, Valid driver's license and ability to operate mobile equipment safely
Nice to Have
Experience with building automation and monitoring systems (BMS), Familiarity with medical facility operations, first aid, and medical waste disposal protocols, Background in chemical management oversight and commodity resource management, Prior experience managing subcontracted services and vendor relationships, Knowledge of crisis management planning and emergency evacuation procedures, Experience in multi-site or corporate facility environments, Additional certifications in specialized systems (e.g., refrigeration, security systems, generator maintenance)

You'll manage both hard and soft services, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues.
