This role is critical to maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant environments for our clients and their teams. You'll manage both hard and soft services, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will directly contribute to client satisfaction and operational excellence across our portfolio. ## What your day-to-day will look like: * Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and non-scheduled repairs on HVAC/R systems, electrical substations, building automation systems, and mobile equipment * Conduct daily inspections of critical systems including UPS, generators, fire alarms, and building utility/piping systems to ensure 100% uptime * Respond promptly to service requests from building occupants, coordinating with contractors and vendors to exceed customer expectations * Manage building management systems (BMS) and monitor indoor air quality, temperature control, and energy conservation initiatives * Oversee restroom sanitation, floor care, waste removal, and housekeeping operations to maintain the highest cleanliness standards * Maintain comprehensive documentation of
