What You'll Do.
Perform maintenance and repairs on facility infrastructure
Pick Tower maintenance
Oversee operation and upkeep of conveyor system
Conduct preventive maintenance
Track and manage maintenance activities
Troubleshoot mechanical systems
Adjust proximity switches
Startup conveyor system
Shutdown conveyor system
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Promote secure work environment
Serve as member of Emergency Response Team
Service and repair industrial batteries

Core responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs on facility infrastructure and Pick Tower maintenance. In addition, the technician will oversee the effective operation and upkeep of the multi-level conveyor system, conducting preventive maintenance throughout the facility to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, and strict adherence to safety protocols. **_Working Relationships:_ ** Accountable and Reports to (Job Title): Vice President, Lomar Distribution Center Assistant Vice President Warehouse, Lomar Distribution Center Maintenance Manager, Lomar Distribution Center Positions that Report to you (Job Title): None ** _Primary Responsibilities and Duties:_ ** * Conduct routine maintenance and repair of facility equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Perform preventive maintenance on various facility systems and equipment. * Use Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) for tracking and managing maintenance activities. * Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical systems, with a focus on AC motors, conveyors, and VFD drives. * Troubleshoot and adjust photo eyes and proximity switches. * Utilize a range of metal, electrical, and mechanical tools for maintenance tasks. * Take a key role in the startup and/or shutdown of the conveyor system. * Demonstrated knowledge of basic Occupational Safety and Health
