What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED required
Nice to Have
Technical school certification, trade training, or relevant vocational experience preferred, 2+ years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related experience preferred, Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, laboratory, or other regulated environments is a plus, Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment preferred, Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
What You'll Do.
Perform routine facility maintenance and repairs
and general building upkeep
Assist with preventative maintenance for facility systems
Troubleshoot and respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
and utility system monitoring and maintenance
Help maintain facility cleanliness
and housekeeping standards in non-production and general facility areas
Assist with minor cleanup tasks
and maintaining an inspection-ready environment
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors during service visits
and repair activities
Support facility inspections and help ensure compliance with company safety procedures
Assist with office moves
and facility setup as needed
Maintain maintenance logs
and related documentation
Identify and proactively report safety hazards
Assist with inventory management of maintenance tools
Support emergency maintenance situations and after-hours facility needs as required
