Must Have
5-7 years of hands-on HVAC and refrigeration experience, EPA Universal Certification, State/local HVAC licenses, Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Proven track record of troubleshooting complex HVAC systems
What You'll Do.
Perform preventive maintenance
and installations on HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system malfunctions
Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
