This hands-on role offers exposure to industrial HVAC equipment, emphasizes safety, and provides opportunities to learn established maintenance practices. You'll work under the guidance of senior technicians and supervisors, ensuring consistent system performance while maintaining compliance with site-specific procedures and safety standards. ## What your day-to-day will look like: * Change air filters on HVAC equipment (air handling units, rooftop units, exhaust systems) per established schedules * Clean evaporator and condenser coils using approved methods and materials * Inspect HVAC components during servicing, reporting issues such as damage, leaks, or abnormal conditions to senior staff * Assist with maintaining clean and orderly mechanical spaces * Support senior HVAC technicians with basic tasks during maintenance and service activities * Perform general maintenance duties as assigned, including equipment cleaning and material handling * Follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and report safety concerns promptly ## Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to follow instruction
