Facilities Technical Design Specialist (Experienced or Senior) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing’s Enterprise Services organization is currently looking for a **Facilities Technical Design Specialist (Experienced or Senior)** , at either Experienced or Senior level, to join our Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team located in **Hazelwood, MO.** In this role, you will support facility operations, equipment maintenance, reliability engineering and future site development across multiple locations. Primary support will be based in Hazelwood, with partial support for sites in Arlington, VA; Huntsville, AL; Heath, OH (up to 15% travel) and Oklahoma City, OK (approximately 5% travel). You will focus on enhancing site infrastructure systems, with an emphasis on Building Automation Systems (BAS), industrial environmental controls and lighting control systems. This position collaborates closely with a high-performing facilities operations team and the broader Enterprise GREF Engineering organization, partnering with cross-functional technical experts to drive innovation, efficiency, and system reliability. **Position Responsibilities:** * Take a lead role in collecting data from various systems to perform analysis * Analyze trend data to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop resolution plans for buildings, equipment, systems, processes and procedures * Make recommendations and implement improvements * Prepare and present reports explaining options, impact and recommendations * Receive internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to buildings, equipment and systems * Coordinate the processing of complex or unique requests to meet customer needs * Provide general technical support and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities hardware, software, systems or processes * Ensure that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment and document * Perform problem resolution in support of business operatio
