They will ensure corrective, proactive, and preventative facility maintenance. The Technician will aid in diagnosing and troubleshooting facility issues to include, but not limited to: Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical, Carpentry and Electrical systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Schedule, prioritize and complete tickets and work orders as necessary. * Respond to and immediately coordinate plans of corrective action to rectify all maintenance related emergencies. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity. * Perform regular inspections of grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures. * Report property damage, equipment malfunctions and unusual activities as appropriate. * Identify and assist in root cause analysis of electrical and mechanical designs. * Prepare justification documentation and department Purchase Orders. * Utilize tools, materials, and equipment related to assigned area of responsibility and perform repairs. * Identify a
