We are looking for talented and highly-motivated individuals who demonstrate a natural desire to support the meaningful work of community oncologists and the patients we serve. **Job Description:** The Facilities Technician is responsible for multiple property and geographic locations and overall physical and mechanical maintenance. They will ensure corrective, proactive, and preventative facility maintenance. The Technician will aid in diagnosing and troubleshooting facility issues to include, but not limited to: Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical, Carpentry and Electrical systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Schedule, prioritize and complete tickets and work orders as necessary. * Respond to and immediately coordinate plans of corrective action to rectify all maintenance related emergencies. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity. * Perform regular inspections of grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures. * Report property damage, equipment malfunctions and unusual activities as appropriate. * Identify and assist in root cause analysis of electrical and mechanical designs. * Prepare justification documentation and department Purchase Orders. * Utilize tools, materials, and equipment related to assigned area of responsibility and perform repairs. * Identify a
