This role supports continuous fab operations by ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance of utilities, environmental controls, and life‑safety systems. The position requires strong mechanical, electrical, and controls aptitude, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team on a night shift schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain facilities systems supporting a 115,000 sq. ft. cleanroom * Perform preventive maintenance on: * Chillers * CDA systems * Boilers * Air handlers * UPS systems * Control systems * Process exhaust scrubbers * Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the utility plant and supporting systems * Operate and maintain fire alarm systems, hazardous gas detection systems, and other plant control systems * Schedule, execute, and document preventive maintenance activities * Perform data entry, analyze system performance data, and support continuous improvement efforts * Participate in area and process improvement meetings * Support safe, reliable,
