Must Have
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance., Demonstrated skill in professional-grade wall patching, painting, and basic plumbing/mechanical repairs., Proven ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), especially within a regulated or quality-controlled environment., Experience with facilities work order or ticketing systems (e. g. , SAP, ServiceNow, Corrigo, Archibus)., Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment., Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting up to 50 lbs. , overhead work, bending, and stooping.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, contamination control, or working in regulated pharmaceutical environments., Experience with inventory management and stocking consumables in a laboratory or manufacturing setting., Basic knowledge of electrical systems., Experience supporting environmental monitoring activities (e. g. , sampling, logging)., Prior experience with vendor management and escorting in a secure facility., Familiarity with performing task-level risk assessments.
