Ensures facilities are meeting regulatory requirements for a safe workplace.
Approves vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors
maintains files on work orders
department files and provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor.
Guides medium sized capital projects
operations projects and reconfigurations are run successfully with outstanding customer service.
Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies

Ensure that staff implements and provides these services in a manner consistent with company policies and ownership directives. * Supervises a facility management team in the delivery of maintenance and programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance and operation of the facilities.
