Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Minimum 3-5 years experience in building services engineering or facilities management, Comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and system documentation, Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations and health and safety legislation, Understanding of energy management principles and sustainability practices, Familiarity with statutory inspection requirements and certification processes
