Experience that is commensurate with the specific facility for the position of Maintenance Attendant, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, Computer skills, Basic building automation systems knowledge
Nice to Have
Certification meeting OSHA ACM awareness training requirements is a PLUS
What You'll Do.
Supports a building or a facility by doing things like changing light bulbs
emptying trash and light mechanical maintenance.
Performs regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe.
Reports safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to a supervisor.
Keeps track and reports on supplies inventory.
Maintains and cleans mechanical
electrical and shop areas.
Performs simple procedures and tasks and other routine maintenance duties.
Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer.
Records all pertinent data in building logbooks and makes all appropriate daily entries.
Processes administrative paperwork in accordance to departmental policies and procedures.

## Description The Facility Services Tech supports a building or a facility by doing things like changing light bulbs, cleaning spills, emptying trash and light mechanical maintenance. They will also do regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe. The Maintenance staff will report safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to a supervisor. They will also keep track and report on supplies inventory. The Maintenance staff must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Pay: $18.45 hourly The pay listed is the Salary or Hourly range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
