Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in facilities management, corporate workplace services, or building operations with demonstrated success in senior coordination roles managing complex, multi-service environments., Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in client-facing facilities roles, with understanding of service level agreements (SLAs), contract compliance, and performance measurement systems., Advanced organizational and project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple complex priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and maintain exceptional attention to detail under pressure., Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to provide direction to vendors, contractors, and team members while building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers at all organizational levels., Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, emergency response protocols, health and safety regulations, and facilities management best practices., Advanced proficiency with facility management software platforms (CMMS/CAFM systems), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital documentation systems with ability to generate reports and analyze operational data., Valid driver's license with ability to travel between multiple sites and respond to after-hours emergencies as required to ensure continuous operational support.
