At this time we are not able to consider international candidates requiring Visa sponsorship. **Day in the Life:** On a given week, you might coordinate a hotel HVAC replacement in Charlotte, perform a Inspection of a guest room renovation in Phoenix, and track CapEx budgets across multiple properties. * This is not an IT or software project management role. This position leads **hotel engineering, facilities, and maintenance-related capital projects** across our portfolio.
