What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment, Demonstrated experience leading contractors and/or small teams in a facilities or maintenance setting, working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, Experience coordinating maintenance activities and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, Ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities
Nice to Have
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, construction management, or related field, Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMSAS), OSHA 30-Hour Certification or equivalent safety training, Facilities or maintenance certifications (FMP, CFM, or equivalent)

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
Lead site-level follow-up from inspections
Identify and mitigate facility-related risks
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Support execution of facility projects
Provide field-level input into capital planning
Partner with operations and engineering
