Must Have
3 years in related technical and/or professional experience.

Emphasis in facilities planning, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field., Experience in facility planning and project management.
What You'll Do.
Manage expense administration for the full lifecycle of Facility Operations Capital projects in ERP from initial project request and in-service to closeout and completion.
Handles all financial transactions
including purchase orders
Monitors Capital project expense activities and provides timely updates to support budget planning
and variance reporting.
Administer the facilities management software
and closing of work orders related to all work orders.
Coordinate maintenance
and repair activities for building systems
and office infrastructure.
Monitor and manage facility-related service requests and ensure timely resolution.
Support contract compliance efforts by meeting with internal team and contract providers to ensure all financial conditions are being met.
Communicates effectively with internal customers
management and supervisory personnel
contracted service providers relative to support and services provided.
Assists in the implementation of performance measures and evaluation systems for facility related Operating expenditures
processes and services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
