This is accomplished through continuous improvement and development of skills associated with the electrical trade. In this role, you will support the installation, removal, and repair oh high and low voltage equipment. Additional responsibilities include serving as a resource for engineering and operations, domain experts for internal customers, and maintaining accurate maintenance records for proper tracking. You will exhibit a high level of dependability and passion, embodying our core values of People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Customer Focus. **Responsibilities:** * Operate, control, and maintain medium, high, and extra‑high voltage electrical systems (4.16 kV–230 kV) supporting sitewide operations. * Perform system‑level electrical switching, including energizing, de‑energizing, isolating, grounding, and restoring power. * Own and maintain the site electrical distribution backbone, from incoming utility feeds and substations through building‑level distribution. * Establish and verify Conditions of Hazardous Energy (CoHE), including voltage verification, grounding, and phasing. * Safely execute planned and unplanned outages, tie‑ins, and restorations with sitewide operational impact. * Interpret electrical one‑line diagrams, protection schemes, and system coordination drawings to support safe decision‑making. * Respond to abnormal system conditions and emergencies, making real‑time decisions to protect personnel, equipment, and production. *
