Together, we can build the future of data storage. * Lead, manage and take ownership on the overall operational health of the HVAC and Mechanical system * Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and equipment repairs * Manage capacity and design changes according to the requirements from manufacturing/customers * Conduct and execute facility system improvements on reliability hardening, safety performance as well as cost optimization and reduction * Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations. * Monitor and supervise HVAC preventive maintenance outsource service contracts * Maintain compliance to local city and state government requirement and overall country legal legislation, ordinances and codes of practices. * Liaison with relevant local government agencies and contractors * Engage and liaison with consultants on mechanical system design and construction. * Respond to emergencie
