Must Have
10+ Years Facilities Management experience, Demonstrated experience in management of large scale maintenance activities, Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements applying to maintenance activities, Estimating and whole of life cost optimisation experience, Business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills, Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities, Ability to drive change in a highly transformative environment, Influencing and engagement skills across multiple stakeholder groups, Experience in vendor management and running an outsourced and insourced Services model, Ability to proactively manage and resolve daily operational issues
Nice to Have
Background in FMCG / retail environments an advantage
