What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least five-years’ experience within the Facilities environment, At least two years at Facilities Co-ordinator level or higher, Health & Safety qualifications at IOSHH level or higher, Committed to delivering exceptional customer care, Good knowledge of working with Windows computers, the Microsoft Office Suite, and Google applications, Managerial experience, Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, Proactive and conscientious, with a keen eye for detail, Exceptional time-management skills, Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects

Nice to Have

Two or more years experience in management of Facilities services, Proactive outlook with regards implementing new ideas and systems to improve both the general workplace environment and the processes we use to achieve our daily tasks

What You'll Do.

motivate and appraise staff in the front of house and mailroom teams

Pro-actively review staff roles on a regular basis

Management and first point of call of Warner Music’s outsourced service providers

Overseeing the re-tendering process for these services (Cleaning

DSE and external Health & Safety Auditing)

Coordinate and record monthly service partner meetings

Ensuring service levels/KPI’s are maintained at a high level

Highlighting and escalating failings in service provision when appropriate

Management of any internal events held in our Bar or event-space

Purchase & stock control of consumables (stationery & drinks)

Raising supplier purchase orders

Checking and coding supplier invoices

Querying incorrect invoices with suppliers

Obtaining credit notes where appropriate

Staff Health & Safety at all sites (DSE

Fire Evacuation safety

New starter Inductions

Expectant Mother Risk Assessments

Building Signage and Notices)

Reviewing and closing-off actions from external audit-reports

Lead and implement on environmental/green Facilities related initiatives

Forecast budget spend within areas of responsibility

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Part of a core in-house Facilities team; Management of service partner leads (Catering and Cleaning); Escalate failings in service provision to the head of the Facilities team; Work with outsourced service providers; Collaborate with internal teams for events

Communication Scope

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Process & Methodology

Overseeing the re-tendering process for services, Implementing new ideas and systems
