What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 years managing building systems, 5 years supervisory experience, 5 years building automation systems, 5 years life safety systems, High school diploma/GED, Trade school diploma, Military training, EPA 608 Universal certification, Boiler operator certificate, Stationary Engineer certificate, Valid driver's license, Ability to stand 8 hours, Ability to lift 100 lbs
Nice to Have
HVAC certification, Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Intention to obtain CPO within six months, Stationary Engineer license
What You'll Do.
Manage building services

Perform preventative maintenance
