What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field, Minimum 5+ years in facilities or security management, At least 2 years in a BPO, contact center, or PCI-regulated environment, Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders, Familiarity with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, Working knowledge of Public Health Act, Working knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Act, 2007, Ability to manage CCTV, Ability to manage biometric access control systems, Ability to manage facility maintenance oversight

What You'll Do.
Enforce Physical Security Guidelines
Direct security guards
Perform mandatory bag checks
Enforce Prohibited & Controlled Items list
Address all breaches with corrective action
Maintain control over physical keys
Maintain control over electronic access cards
Maintain control over locker assignments
Ensure daily opening procedures
Ensure daily closing procedures
Manage vendor performance
Escalate non-compliance
Monitor cleanliness of break-out areas
Monitor cleanliness of kitchen areas
Resolve catering-related grievances
Lead periodic inspections for Clean Desk Policy
Report non-compliance to operations management
Implement corrective measures
Engage with operations staff
Engage with cleaning teams
Engage with transport providers
Engage with client representatives
Address facility-related concerns
Lead quarterly fire drills
Coordinate quarterly emergency drills
Ensure marshals are trained
Ensure first-aiders are trained
Record headcounts accurately
Serve as primary escalation point for incidents
Document root causes of incidents
Implement corrective actions for incidents
Provide incident reports to management
Provide incident reports to client
Manage neighbor-related complaints
Resolve neighbor-related complaints
Document all neighbor interactions
Implement preventive measures for neighbor issues
Manage daily staff transport scheduling
Ensure efficient route mapping
Ensure timely pick-ups/drop-offs
Adjust routes as needed
Monitor transport vendor adherence
Review trip logs for cost control
Address driver issues with vendor management
Address vehicle issues with vendor management
Conduct periodic inspections of premises
