This role requires a unique blend of project management capabilities and hands-on facilities management experience to drive operational excellence while managing complex initiatives across the portfolio. ## Key Responsibilities **Facilities & Project Leadership** * Lead and manage all aspects of facility management service delivery, with primary focus on Asset Management, Operations, and capital project execution * Serve as the point of management control for Facilities Management at the assigned site(s) * Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of short and long-term facilities projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion * Develop and implement annual management plans with clearly defined key performance indicators * Manage capital and expense budgets, identifying cost optimization opportunities while maintaining service quality **Stakeholder Management & Communication** * Act as primary liaison between JLL, client real estate/facilities teams, business units, and alliance partners * Provide seamless interface to client's real estate organization, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction * Collaborate with JLL Business Delivery Manager (BDM) to align service d
