Must Have
Proven experience in facilities management, Relevant qualifications in facilities management, Comprehensive understanding of building systems, Exceptional communication and client service skills, problem-solving abilities, commercial awareness, In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, Proficiency with facilities management software/systems, budget management, Leadership abilities, organisational skills
Nice to Have
preferably in commercial property, building services, related field, maintenance requirements for premium commercial spaces, experience managing service providers and contractors, ability to manage multiple high-profile properties and priorities
What You'll Do.
Understand and implement client objectives
Develop and deliver facilities services reporting
Build and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with property-specific stakeholders
Oversee property transitions into management
Prepare facilities for sale or acquisition
Lead due diligence processes
Implement and maintain facilities management
Serve as principal point of contact
Resolve complex facilities issues
Manage emergency response protocols
and control service charge budgets
Lead procurement activities
Negotiate with contractors and vendors
Establish and monitor contractor performance
Ensure compliance with service level agreements
Drive Socially Responsible Management initiatives
Oversee management of building plant
Plan and implement capital projects
Develop site regulations
Manage permit-to-work systems
and implement disaster planning
Organise emergency drills
Establish robust site record keeping systems
Create and update occupier handbooks
Monitor and manage vacant/void spaces
Conduct regular site inspections
Develop preventative maintenance programs
