Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field, 6+ years progressive facilities management experience, 4+ years in leadership/management role, Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site facility portfolios, Proven track record building client relationships, Financial acumen with experience developing/managing operational and capital budgets, Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Familiarity with collaboration platforms like SharePoint, Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have
