What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field, 6+ years progressive facilities management experience, 4+ years in leadership/management role, Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site facility portfolios, Proven track record building client relationships, Financial acumen with experience developing/managing operational and capital budgets, Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Familiarity with collaboration platforms like SharePoint, Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
Professional certifications (CFM, FMP, or PMP), Experience with data analytics tools, Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) systems, Experience within the financial services industry, Experience in class A office space, Experience managing multi-site operations
