What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of facilities management experience in corporate environments, critical facilities, or third-party service provider roles with proven success in complex operations, Demonstrated expertise managing critical environments such as data centers, laboratories, secure facilities, or mission-critical operations requiring high reliability and uptime, organizational and leadership capabilities within matrixed organizations including oversight of technical staff, administrative teams, and vendor partners, Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to interface effectively with executive stakeholders and secure environment personnel, Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems with financial acumen for budget management and reporting
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical discipline, Experience managing multiple facilities simultaneously with varied critical functions and operational requirements, Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, critical infrastructure, telecommunications, security systems, and emergency preparedness protocols, Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), FMP (Facility Management Professional), or PMP (Project Management Professional), Financial management experience including P&L responsibility, capital planning, and lifecycle cost analysis
