Must Have
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive facility management experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environments., Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Nice to Have
Experience managing large-scale facilities (500, 000+ square feet) strongly preferred., Knowledge of manufacturing facility requirements and automotive industry standards highly desirable.
What You'll Do.
Oversee day-to-day operations of all building systems including HVAC
and mechanical systems.
Ensure optimal performance
and minimal downtime to support GM's manufacturing and business operations.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs that maximize asset life and minimize operational disruptions.
Serve as the primary JLL point of contact for General Motors facility stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with GM leadership
understanding their operational needs and business objectives.
Conduct regular meetings to review performance metrics
and identify opportunities for service improvements and cost savings.
