You'll play a key role in budget management, maintenance coordination, and ensuring seamless facility operations while maintaining high standards of customer service across client locations. **Your day-to-day tasks will include:** • Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, reporting, and supporting facility-specific cost savings targets • Receive and dispatch work requests to technical staff, vendors, and service providers • Resolve building service issues including janitorial, parking, vending, elevators and conference rooms • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities while overseeing delivery of repair services • Interface with property occupants and provide support for guests, visitors, and employees • Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on operating budgets for each property • Source local services and goods through third-party suppliers, including contract writing and vendor setup • Manage existing contracts and coordinate with vendors on performance criteria and reviews • Collaborate with sourcing teams on national and regional supplier opportunities **Desired experience and technical skills:** **Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree or equivalent wo
