What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate in any discipline, 3 – 7 years’ experience in facilities management, Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering essential, Very Good people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives, Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports
What You'll Do.
Provide Engineering support to the Facilities Management team at assigned Facilities.
Ensure timely and accurate completion FM reports pertaining to assigned Facilities.
Achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs at (Client) with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
Assist the Chief Engineer in managing M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables with in the stipulated time.
Assist in providing comprehensive facility
contract and procurement management for technical services to the client.
Contribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Senior Facilities Manager.
Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.
Support the Chief Engineer in managing the Mechanical
Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the.
Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house.
Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical.
Assist the Chief Engineer to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer.
Maintain the logbooks
checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E.
Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to.
Ensure the contractors follow the house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the.
Assume AFM responsibilities if need.
Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters.
Responsible for daily reporting on M & E to the Chief Engineer.
Generate Service maintenance reports on office equipment’s.
Generate Inventory and Purchasing of spares and consumables.
Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reports.
