Minimum 5-10 Years of relevant experience, Proven experience managing a team

Education/training, bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience, technical knowledge of building systems, Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives, Self-motivated and ability to work independently
What You'll Do.
Provide leadership and direction for operations
Analyze trends and utilize data
Conduct planned inspections to check services
Supervision of JLL Engineering personnel
Closely monitor work requests
Continuously raise the bar in vendor quality
Hold vendors accountable for service
Maintain partnerships with vendors
Develop and maintain positive client relationships
Conflict resolution and solution analysis
Resolve internal quality issues
Manage routine touchpoints with client teams
Provides contract compliance management
Responsible for assisting with JLL Engineering compliance
Financial acumen to manage budgets
Preparation of detailed scopes of work
Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Support JLL’s Integrated Facility Management (IFM) group; Leadership responsibility for operating teams; Serve as the lead for management and resolution of Client escalations; Ensure quality delivery of Facility Management Operations; Support other JLL service line functions; Demonstrated success directly interfacing with client senior management; Demonstrated success interfacing throughout all levels of the organization

This position will have leadership responsibility for the operating teams that are responsible for the management of our clients’ facilities. The Facility Manager will serve as the lead for the management and resolution of Client escalations within the regional facilities that their team is responsible for. This individual will be asked to ensure the quality delivery of Facility Management Operations while supporting the other JLL service line functions on the account.
