You'll oversee facilities, travel and admin support, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. Lead a team, manage vendors, and streamline processes - all while keeping us compliant. Key Responsibilities * Support the CFO in developing and executing operational strategy, budgets, and investments. * Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Facilities Management. * Oversee all building maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. * Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance. * Develop and manage the facilities maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities. * Assist with space planning and allocation, office moves, and furniture/equipment inventory. * Identify and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impac
