What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience working in a Multi-Site FM role, knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, Able to source / manage external suppliers & contractors, IOSH / NEBOSH certification, knowledge of ISO accreditations, Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively, Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Good verbal and written communication, Relevant qualification from an Industry recognised authority, Membership of an Industry professional body, interest in sustainability and carbon reduction, Demonstrable experience in a Facilities environment, Thorough understanding of relevant legislation (Health and Safety at Work Act, legal requirements), Experience in budget preparation and presentation, Skilled in IT systems (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

What You'll Do.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Ensuring business adheres to Health & Safety regulations
Carry out risk assessments
Standardising procedures across all AEIL's offices
Support on compliance with ISO accreditations
Supervising on-site staff & contractors
Ensuring adequate facilities management resource
Providing emergency/out-of-hours coverage
Budgeting and cost control
Liaison with Facilities Management suppliers
Management of maintenance/repairs
Oversight of contracts
Cost & quality control
Oversee office maintenance and repairs
Ensure all facility repairs are carried out
Keep equipment asset list up to date
Maintain a statutory servicing and testing log
Support on the opening of new offices
Support on the closing of old offices
Provide and lead on ESG strategies
Work closely with Group & AEIL dept heads
Oversee carbon reduction roadmap and projects

Team & Collaboration
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, both at Company and Group level; Work closely with Group & AEIL dept heads on sustainability initiatives
