Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, air compressors, chillers, pumps, motors, electrical and lighting systems, and water treatment systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and life safety systems, and execute or coordinate repairs based on findings. Manage spare parts inventory, procure replacement components, and ensure critical maintenance supplies are available when needed. Coordinate and oversee external vendors performing maintenance and repair work on-site, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing equipment reliability, efficiency, and overall facility performance. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field. Strong mechanical skills, including the ability to identify failures, repair mechanical components, and perform preventive maintenance on complex systems. Solid electrical troubleshooting experience, including diagnosing wiring issues and repairing electrical systems safely and effectively. High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending, and working in varied environments. Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to respond to urgent or off-hours maintenance needs when required. Commitment to following health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and maintaining safe working practices at all times. Benefits: Annual salary range of $72,000 – $93,000, with eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
