What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in commercial, corporate, hospitality, or resort environments, working knowledge of HVAC systems, working knowledge of Electrical systems, working knowledge of Plumbing systems, Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair building systems efficiently, Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying conditions, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Technical training or certification in Facilities Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing, Experience in a resort, hotel, or large commercial property environment, Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems or CMMS software

Perform preventive maintenance
Repair projects across facilities
Troubleshoot HVAC systems
Troubleshoot plumbing systems
Troubleshoot electrical systems
Complete basic plumbing repairs
Diagnose electrical issues
Repair ceiling finishes
Use maintenance software

Support emergency repairs
