What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 or more years of mechanical experience, 1 or more years' experience with mechanical/technical projects including home improvements, remodeling, general repair work and effective and safe use of power tools, Computer skills
Nice to Have
Experience in a handyperson role, Basic carpentry skills
What You'll Do.
Execute preventative maintenance program
Troubleshoot emergency issues
Inspect building/equipment
Perform simple repairs
Perform basic painting
Assist with small in-house projects
Operate equipment safely
Keep accurate records
Respond to maintenance calls
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance and operations leadership; Work closely with the sanitation and maintenance teams; Coordinate resources to provide necessary vendor support; Help reduce overall maintenance; Monitor vendor activity; Assist sanitation team
