Full Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to support facility operations, equipment reliability, and environmental control systems within our FDA-regulated manufacturing site. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous monitoring of critical building systems and production equipment supporting cleanroom manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office operations. The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace by ensuring all equipment, utilities, and building systems operate reliably and meet regulatory and operational standards. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The Basics Location: Albany, Ohio Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, subject to possible minor changes in the future Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Health Insurance, PTO, Retirement, etc. How You’ll Make an Impact Execute preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair activities through the facility work order system in a safe, compliant, and timely manner. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain critical facility and production systems including autoclaves, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, water purification systems, tablet presses, and other manufacturing equipment. Monitor and troubleshoot cleanroom environmental systems using the Building Management System (BMS).
