What You'll Do.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC
Complete reactive maintenance and troubleshooting for building and utility equipment
Carry out general building repairs including doors
Support grounds maintenance such as gates
Coordinate with contractors to support maintenance

Maintain accurate equipment records and keep work areas clean and orderly
Support emergency response activities and provide backup coverage for team members
