Facilities Maintenance Technician – JLL **What this job involves:** This position offers an exciting opportunity to support critical operations within a pharmaceutical vivarium environment. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining specialized equipment and building systems that are essential to animal research operations. Working in a highly regulated environment, you'll perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on diverse systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, autoclaves, and cage washers. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who thrives in dynamic settings where attention to detail, safety compliance, and technical expertise directly contribute to the success of pharmaceutical research operations.
