Must Have

BA in facilities management or related qualification, 5+ years operations/facilities management experience, 3+ years industrial maintenance experience, OSHA-10 certification, Knowledge of mechanical systems, Knowledge of electrical systems, Knowledge of plumbing systems, Experience with conveyor systems, Experience with refrigeration units, Experience with electrical troubleshooting, Experience with motor replacements, Ability to lead and develop team members, Ability to write routine reports, Ability to write, read and interpret documents, Ability to manage priorities and complexities, Ability to understand and improve performance, Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Knowledge of food safety regulations, Understand OSHA requirements, Understand FDA requirements, Understand USDA requirements, Intermediate computer skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Lift 30-50 pounds, Work up to 10-hour workday, Standing/walking most of the day, Work requires bending, Work requires twisting, Work requires squatting, Work requires reaching, Ability to work in wet conditions, Ability to work in dry conditions, Ability to work Monday-Friday, Ability to work weekends when needed, Ability to use tools and equipment
