Shift subject to change based on needs of the business. OT mandatory if required **This entry level position is full-time permanent. It comes with competitive base pay and a $1.50/hr shift differential along with a benefit program that includes PTO and 401K** **Position Overview:** The Associate Facilities Representative will support the daily operations and maintenance of McKesson Corporation's facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for employees and visitors. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with routine facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement. * Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility projects, including scheduling and access. * Support space planning and office reconfigurations, including furniture moves and layout adjustments. * Manage inventory of facility supplies and equipment. * Respond to and resolve employee requests related to facility services (e.g., temperature control, lighting, minor repairs). * Support emergency preparedness and response activities, including fire drills and evacuation procedures. * Assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety
