You’ll get to: * Acting as the primary guardian of workplace safety by enforcing OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards to ensure a zero-incident environment. * Developing and implementing proactive maintenance plans, shifting the culture from reactive (break-fix) to Predictive (PdM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) using data analytics. * Maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimize unplanned downtime by troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems. * Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance technicians and supervisors; manage shift schedules and conduct performance evaluations. * Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, including forecasting costs for parts, labor, and major capital expenditures (CAPEX). * Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers and maintain an optimized inventory of critical spare parts. * Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to track work orders, asset history, and KPIs. **The Person:** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
