What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of relevant experience working in Class A high-rise multifamily residential buildings, Working knowledge of Mechanical and Fire Systems, Experience working with Google Chrome, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience, Knowledge of Microsoft Project or alternate project planning tools such as: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam and Sketch Up, or related softwares, Proficiency in Spanish

You will supervise projects, review maintenance contracts, conduct inspections, evaluate work quality, provide maintenance recommendations, and train employees on workplace safety.
