This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the raw material quartz processing facility. This role involves troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with the installation and repair of various systems and equipment. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** * Perform electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance work * Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections of the facility * Painting / Drywall Repair * Office Set-up - tear-down - Furniture Relocating * Interior / Exterior lighting replacement * Small appliance repair * Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving facility * related matters including outdoor equipment * Inspect work performed to ensure it meets the required * expectations and standards set by the company and leadership * Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility * Assist other maintenance employees with projects and tasks * Assist with Outside Vendor Management * Perform Lockout Tagout * Safe handling chemicals * Keep work area clean and orderly * Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Maintenance * Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Confidential to Cambria and for internal use only. * Ability to successfully plan and complete work orders with minimal supervision * Additional duties as assigned by management to ensure that the facility is always in safe operating conditions **Qualifications & Skills:** * 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance * Strong kn
