We are looking for a **Facilities****Lead Technician** to work onsite at our Phoenix, AZ facility where you will be responsible for overall upkeep, repair and safe operation of all equipment. You will be accountable for ensuring buildings, equipment, and systems remain fully functional. **What You Will Do** * Repair and replace damaged fixtures, equipment, and building components * Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems * Assist with installation and setup of new equipment or machinery * Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life * Respond to urgent maintenance requests and facility emergencies * Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas * Support overall facility operations to ensure minimal disrupt
