Position Summary You will lead the onsite IFM (integrated facilities management team) at Barnard Castle, working closely with engineering, operations and suppliers. You will manage the overall delivery, driving facility and cleaning standards across the site. We value clear communication, practical engineering judgement and a coaching mindset.
