Must Have
Certification/Degree in HVAC or equivalent training/work experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to stand, remain stationary, and/or move about, and lift up to 40lbs for extended periods, Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, reaching, squatting, or otherwise positioning the body to maneuver in and around equipment, lifting and/or moving tools and materials), Ability to work non-standard hours as needed, Basic understanding of Automated Logic Controls, troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude, Effective time management and multitasking skills, Other physical requirements may apply, Ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on a variety of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC and Refrigeration systems
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Support Level 1 technicians in repair and diagnostic operations
Assist in optimizing HVAC control schedules for energy savings
Maintain refrigeration compliance records in collaboration with the EHS team
Communicate with vendors to coordinate the purchase of parts
Contribute to updates and improvements in the preventative maintenance program
Coordinate and execute small to medium-scale Facilities HVAC projects when appropriate
Monitor and respond to HVAC control alarms with urgency and accuracy
