What They're Looking For.
Must Have
knowledge of property operations, at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management, good working knowledge in occupational safety, aptitude in client-centric operations, Solid background in team management, proven track record in managing a team, capable of effectively rolling out improvement plans, superior communications and reporting skills, Minimum Diploma / or equivalent degree BE / B-tech in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in Infrastructure & maintenance department in Manufacturing Industry, Valid Electrical supervisor License from Government of electricity board, Knowledge in understanding the electrical drawings & Panel wiring, Equipment problem solving skills, Knowledge on LOTO and EH&S systems, Knowledge on Project work, knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols, Excellent leadership and team management skills, Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify potential issues, communication and coordination skills, Budget management and cost-effective resource utilization, Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards, Problem-solving and risk management skills, Cost saving Initiative, Knowledge on KPI

What You'll Do.
oversee the property’s day-to-day operations
ensure that all administrative functions

keep an eye out on the property’s supplies and ensure that it has adequate stocks and materials to keep the operations smooth
manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients
mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures
handling crisis management and business continuity plans
monitor the property’s budget
make sure that there’s enough petty cash to support operations
see to it that vendor invoice processes comply with standards
seek out opportunities to improve operations
achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements
carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance
creating stock reports
meeting minutes and monthly management reports to the clients
eliminate the Break down and Un safe condition quickly within stipulated time frame within the Budgeted cost
Proper execution of services and periodical maintenance of equipment (According to the Plan of Services)
Oversee the routine & non-routine maintenance activities
Assign the tasks to the team
provide guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks
Coordinate with external vendors / contractors for repair
services and project execution
Perform regular inspections of equipment
and facilities to identify the abnormities and address it accordingly
Analysis of the training needs to subordinate team and provide training accordingly
Implement TPM as per the TPM procedure
Regulatory requirements and Industrial Standards
Ensure EHS / safety requirements as per Clients Standards
Ensure you to maintain all quality documents as per Clients Standards
Develop Contingency plans for all highly critical services / equipment
