What You'll Do.
Manage day to day service delivery
Ensure proper usage and functionality of technologies
Attend shift briefing
Ensure housekeeping muster and deployment
Update on client/VIP visits
Discuss housekeeping issues
Track housekeeping issue closure
Conduct facility walkthroughs
Identify and report snags
Assist with vendor performance matrix
Close housekeeping calls on priority
Ensure upkeep of breakout area
Maintain log book for communication
Perform facility walk arounds
Adhere to client policies and procedures
Adhere to client SLA & KPI
Coordinate with engineering team
Organize induction program
Train TPV staff on client policies
Coordinate VIP client visits
Govern carpet maintenance
Govern recreation room
Govern gym activities
Conduct scheduled meetings
weekly and monthly reports
Govern and maintain checklists
Adopt new implemented initiatives
Handle security incidents
Communicate incidents as per escalation matrix
Answer employee queries
Follow escalation process & matrix
Oversee property's day-to-day operations
Ensure administrative functions are covered
